Job Title: Sales Operation Executive

Responsibilities
- Track and resolve partner issues that will enable all partners to perform as per potentials & targets,
- Periodically review and monitor the performance of partners trading with BG.
- Track competition product off-take trends, monitor changes, report impact on our business and recommend actions
- Track all new product launches in the industry, report on performance and recommend actions.
- Track all pricing & trade margin changes for competition, assess impact and recommend actions.
- Identify activation related opportunities & challenges in the partner area for all channels, Track competition activation numbers, incentives, automation and recommend actions.
- Identify and evaluate new business and retail channel opportunities.
- Generate Weekly Reports on each visited market by capturing market insights, observations, actions and recommendations,
- Generate weekly report on merchandising initiatives by Glo and Competition for each visited market. Track & Report competition activities, infrastructure & output like number of dealers, retailers, sites, sales, market price and activations.
- Generate monthly report on Sales Automation Support initiatives of competition and recommend actions.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or a Business-related discipline is preferred.
- Relevant postgraduate or professional qualifications will be an added advantage
- Not more than 32 years of age
- 6-8 Years FMCG or related sales experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track records in leading sales team(s)
- Good experience of the environment and business terrain.
Job Title: Sales Planning Manager
Ref: SPM
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives for product distribution
- Provide adequate support for Dealers to increase sales volume.
- Prepare annual operating budget using annual activities, structural and infrastructural plans for the territories and the assigned regions
- Ensure approved budgets are monitored and tracked to ensure strict adherence to budget provision.
- Coordinate the deployment of trade improvement initiatives
- Coordinate the development and implementation of trade satisfaction surveys, drive the assessment of the trade incentives efficiency, ensure planning accuracy and partner improvement tracking
- Partner with the Sales Team to develop the strategies and plans necessary to meet the organization’s revenue growth objective
- Analyze effectiveness, efficiency and ROl of all promotions.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team to develop sales materials for field sales, retail and customers.

Job Title: Sales Capability Automation Manager

Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Provide end to end support right from on- boarding to daily functioning to channel partners
- Track and report sales, inventory, and scheme utilization.
- Develop standard reports required for Sales Force to be made available through Automation solution & validate the reports with stake holders
- Draw up project plan in coordination with IS & Vendor.
- Monitor solution development, testing, validation & Deployment as per calendar.
- Resolve operational issues in coordination with IS & Vendor.
- Develop capability building programs for sales force.
- Deployment of capability building programs.
- Measuring effectiveness & continuous improvement.
- Create sales force recognition & motivation framework

- 15 years in Sales (FMCG and Telecom) with proven track record in capability building & automation.

Job Title: Sales Business Analyst

Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Analyze Business Performance across identified Sales KPls and publish reports on time
- Design standard reports that can be useful to Sales Force for easy analysis of Business Performance
- Design and Publish standard dashboards for easy understanding of Business KPls by Sales Force.
- Prepare planning data for all effective Business Planning across Retail Sales Verticals
- Generate Plan vs Actual Reports
- Generate promo/trade scheme performance reports
- Generate reports on specific Sales Initiatives as per requirement.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Social Science, Information Management, Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent degree. Relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- 2 years in Business Analyst Roles in Telecom
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel & Macros
- Not more than 35 years of age
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical background.
Job Title: Business Analyst – Process Management
Ref: BAPM
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Liaise with staff of other departments to review processes
- Provide support and suggestions in preparing process documents, improving processes, publishing and updating processes on the portal
- Identify process improvement opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Update and maintain documentation on process improvements and process performance
- Analyze business performance regularly and raising insights for business improvement
- Drive fresh initiatives for financial planning and business intelligence systems
- Conduct market analyses, analyze both product line and overaIl productivity of the business.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Social Science, Information Management, Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent degree. Relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Not more than 35 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in related or similar functions
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Telecom experience is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite and proficiency in flowchart tools
- Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
- Proven analytical background.
