Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships to ensure reliable and competitive sources of materials and services.
- Collaborate with head of engineering and other stakeholders to determine project requirements and specifications for procurement.
- Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, bid evaluation, and purchase order placement.
- Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and enforce contract compliance.
- Collaborate with accounting team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven procurement decisions.

- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectto join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our diverse range of construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and budget constraints.
- Create and develop architectural designs, concepts, and plans, incorporating aesthetic, functional, and sustainable elements.
- Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and 3D models using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of architectural design with construction processes.
- Participate in site visits to evaluate construction progress, address design-related issues, and provide guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with interior designers, landscape architects, and other professionals to ensure cohesive design integration.

Requirements
