Job Title: Procurement Manager

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our diverse range of construction projects and make a significant impact on the built environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships to ensure reliable and competitive sources of materials and services.
  • Collaborate with head of engineering and other stakeholders to determine project requirements and specifications for procurement.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, bid evaluation, and purchase order placement.
  • Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and enforce contract compliance.
  • Collaborate with accounting team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant professional certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven procurement decisions.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
  • Must reside in Abuja.

Job Title: Architect

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectto join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our diverse range of construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and budget constraints.
  • Create and develop architectural designs, concepts, and plans, incorporating aesthetic, functional, and sustainable elements.
  • Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and 3D models using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.

  • Excellent design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous projects and design expertise.
