Job Title: Material Management Senior Officer

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Manage the Supply Chain (SC) Planning team, coordinates and executes SC demand and capacity planning for services and materials to meet the demands of the business especially in Technical Operations teams.
  • Ensures the availability of materials required for business delivery and performs lifecycle management for total inventory across line business.
  • General Knowledge of warehouse functions.
  • Compliance and control of receipt and issues of items from Stores
  • Preparation of daily / weekly / monthly report of above activities
  • Recommend solutions to existing processes to reduce waste and increase quantity.
  • Monitor inventory levels and access to the material.
  • Prepare and file detailed records on procurement activity, quantity, and vendors.
  • Other Job, If any related to Catalogue Management & Warehouse Management.

Knowledge Technical Skills

  • Calculation of direct material requirement through an evolved computerized system.
  • Material as per location specified in FIFO, FEFO & LIFO systems.
  • Raw Material planning and documentation.
  • MS Office Excellent in Excel
  • SAP.

Job Description

  • The Research & Project Developer is responsible for determining, researching, planning, coordinating, and monitoring research and development strategies, implementing new programs and protocols into the organisation.
  • The research & project developer oversees the development of new products/ project priorities from conception to commissioning to support the organisation’s objectives and to capitalize on potential new products.
  • The role requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of project management with a cross functional knowledge or expertise of diverse fields and financing.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and execute assigned research projects.
  • Lead research team to complete projects within allotted timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and enforce research policies and procedures.
  • Oversees complex research projects, analyses results, and provides recommendations based on findings.
  • Perform project design and development activities according to customer specifications.
  • Work with management to prepare project plan, budget, schedules, project proposals and contractual documents etc.
  • Track project progress regularly and develop status reports to management.
  • Address project issues and escalate complex issues to management. Ensure that project is completed within allotted budget and timelines.
  • Follow company policies and safety regulations for operational efficiency.
  • Research and recommend new technologies to carry out project development tasks.
  • Prepare project documentations and research reports for management review.
  • Provide support to other project managers, perform peer reviews and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality & productivity.
  • Prepares and monitors project budgets, cash flow projections and project schedules
  • Responsible for site selection/development, feasibility study, participate in project team selection and provide support to the operation and maintenance team after project phase if required
  • Perform other project development related duties.

  • 5 years of direct research experience in the related area as an individual contributor is required, as well as demonstrated proficiency in project management, including budgeting, planning, execution, delivery, quality assurance, and reporting.

  • Operate all dumpers in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform daily safety and maintenance checks of machinery.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on dumper and clean, lubricate and refill equipment as scheduled and/or required.

Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Job Description

  • Develop maintenance plan in order of priority for preventive, shutdown, backlog and adhoc maintenance underground work activities.

  • Plan and release work orders {task list, sop’s, permits, resourcing, materials, tools, equipment’s, costs, preliminary works, ultimate scheduling date.
  • Track weekly and monthly equipment performance and work management targets.
  • Develop mitigating/corrective action to achieve the longer-term plan.
  • Works with service engineers and line managers to identify critical spare parts list based on reliability
  • Any other task assigned to you.
