Your Responsibilities
- Source for recruitment business opportunities.
- Maintain good relationships with potential & existing clients to understand their specific recruitment needs
- Source for suitable candidates for client vacancies
- Set out hiring timelines for each position and keep within the set timelines such as – time to hire, time to fill, time to source
- Act as a key account manager for different clients
- Support management in developing strategies for positioning the company’s recruitment business in order achieve positive ROI
- Generate periodic reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and forward-looking plans
- Carry out other duties as may be assigned by the Company
Your Qualifications & Requirements
We expect you to have all or most of the following:
- Minimum of a Degree / HND
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience post NYSC
- Practical hands-on experience in recruiting for various industries
- Good verbal and written communication skills – ability to prepare and deliver presentations is essential
- Ability to prepare reports and proposal is important for this role
- The position requires at least intermediate knowledge and use of MS office apps such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be a confident person with good negotiation and analytic skills.
Salary
N400,000 monthly.

Job Title: Medical Sales Representative
Location: Nigeria

Details
- We are seeking an experienced, organized, and passionate Sales Representative to increase the visibility and awareness of our client’s company’s Pharmaceutical and medical products and maximize sales growth within the assigned territory
- Internally Relates with Other medical and sales representatives from other agencies, Quality, and PV team as well as other Pharma Ltd staff.
- Externally Relates with: Hospitals and Institutions Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses, Lab scientists, Dieticians, and Physiotherapists. Community and wholesale pharmacists and their staff. Some associations like (Diabetes Association of Nigeria, Endocrine and Metabolism Society of Nigeria, Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria, Nigerian Medical Association ETC
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets (Lilly and BD) assigned by Line Managers
- Ensure quality and adequate call rate to at least 7 doctors and 5 pharmacies daily and 3 CME quarterly.
- Maintain a register of all Classes of Hospitals, Doctors, and Pharmacies in your assigned territory
- To improve customer base expansion by getting a minimum of one new customer (hospital or pharmacy) quarterly
- To work within monthly sales cost (functional and promotional) and the agreed budget
- To optimize SFA use and ensure prompt submission of monthly reports, monthly sales projections, and all other required reports.
- To ensure product availability in over 80% of retail outlets in the assigned territory
- To ensure customers satisfaction through prompt reporting of complaints and suggest ways of proffering lasting solutions.
- Annually develop at least 2 marketing and sales strategies aimed at exceeding given target and positively impacting assigned territory.
- Report any Pharmacovigilance and Product complaints within the specified time.
- To discharge other official duties as may be assigned by the line manager and Lilly Country head from time to time.
- Ensure data is used or processed for the purpose set for such data and ensure absolute confidentiality while processing or using personal data. Get the consent of the data subject before collecting, processing, and using the data

- B.Sc, B.Pharm or Pharm.D
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Must be in Pharmacist
- Must have a personal car (company will monetize the use of their car)

- We are seeking an experienced, organized, and passionate Sales Representative to increase the visibility and awareness of our client’s company’s Pharmaceutical and medical products and maximize sales growth within the assigned territory.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Meet the Company’s set annual target for your assigned Territory.
- Effective usage of SFA tools to document attendance, customer calls, and sales activities daily.
- Doing a cost-benefit analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs.
- Open and close sales properly to win prospective customers, Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts.
- Ensure collection of outstanding debts and keep sales to debtors ratio within the acceptable limit.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
- Coordinating sales efforts with the team members and other departments.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge of new developments in the health sector by reviewing professional publications & establishing personal networks.
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive trust relationships with customers to influence their decision-making process and ensure future sales.
- Reaching out to customer lead through cold calling
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
- Keep detailed records of all contacts, both potential and existing, and constantly be on the lookout for new contacts within the healthcare field.

- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
