Job Responsibilities

Sales Management:

  • Implement the branch’s sales plan based on local market conditions to meet sales goals. This involves knowing the products well, promoting them, and staying updated on market changes to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Have good communication and people skills to build and keep relationships.
  • Concentrate on getting new customers and increasing sales in the bank’s commercial sector by opening different types of accounts.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team and product management about market situations, new products, or improvements needed to help small and medium-sized businesses and individuals in our area.
  • Manage current commercial relationships and find new accounts through sales.
  • Make sales presentations to potential customers and participate in regular meetings.
  • Actively work to create a positive sales environment by educating customers about the bank’s products and services.
  • Turn service issues into business opportunities and maintain customer loyalty.
  • Visit clients and potential customers to understand their needs or promote products and services.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.

Risk Management:

  • Identify how much risk is okay for the bank when lending money, following the bank’s rules, and making the most profit from it.
  • Follow the bank’s way to solve problems to fix issues, keep our service good, and stop more problems or losses.
  • Lower risks by following rules about knowing customers and stopping fraud in all your work to reduce losses.
  • Talk about loan rules and check if there’s enough security to follow bank rules.
  • Make sure all papers are right in your work.

Financial Management:

  • Look at and understand financial papers, like statements and forecasts, to know what’s going on.
  • Decide if someone can get a loan based on their money situation and risks, following bank rules and what’s happening in the world.
  • Check the money papers of new customers and see if their loan papers are okay.
  • Help the bank get more money from deposits, loans, and overdrafts to make more money.
  • Help write papers for getting money from deposits and loans.
  • Talk about deals with new customers.
  • Answer questions from customers about loans, stuff they can buy, prices, and if things are available.

Customer Service:

  1. Provide good customer service all the time to make service better.
  2. Keep track of customer complaints in a register to find out why they happen and fix the problems to stop them from happening again.
  3. Give customers the right products and services using the best way to communicate with them so their needs are met.
  4. Give special attention to important clients by understanding all their needs and helping with everything related to customer service.
