Job Title: Graduate Trainee Process Analyst

Location:  Nigeria

Job Description

  • Collate, analyze and interpret process performance data using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports on clients’ management systems performance
  • Develop, implement and audit data collection systems for process and system documentation, measurement, and analysis
  • Support all tasks related to the deployment of management systems

Requirements

  • Preferably a minimum of an Upper credit or Second class upper Degree in any relevant Engineering disciple including Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, and Civil Engineering.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including public speaking and formal presentations
  • High-level proficiency in using Microsoft suite applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project applications.
  • High-level proficiency in sourcing and researching information online.
  • High analytical and computational skills.
  • Intermediate to high-level proficiency in administering enterprise management applications, including cloud-based solutions.
  • Processing flow analyses & diagramming.
  • The candidate must be positive thinking, creative, and a goal-getter.
  • A second degree or certification in Project Management and/or Health, Safety & Environment, and Quality Management Auditing will be an added advantage
  • Must reside in Lagos with immediate resumption availability.

Job Title: Account Officer

Location:  Nigeria
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
  • Record office expenditures and ensure these expenses are within the set budget.
  • Prompt monthly filings for ALL statutory obligations – PAYE, Pension, ECS, VAT, WHT. and obtain receipts for same.
  • Support in the processing of payroll/salaries
  • Process payment for schedules for PAYE, ECS, and Pension.
  • Prompt and daily postings on QuickBooks.
  • Support Line Manager in prompt delivery of monthly Management Accounts.

  • Ensure completion of bank reconciliations and reconcile sub-ledgers to the general ledgers.
  • Observe the following on all tasks, emails/communication, phone calls, and relationship within the team and with all clients – Timeliness, Promptness, Correctness, Error-free, Paying attention to details, decency, respect, excellence, professionalism.
  • Ensure decorum and professionalism in the delivery of tasks.
  • Perform other duties appropriate to the role as may be required.

Experience, Qualification, and Required Skills

  • B.Sc in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Accounting/Auditing experience in a fast-paced organization.
  • Professional qualification in Accounting will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be a good team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Job Summary

  • To plan, manage, implement and monitor all quality management systems and processes on site. The successful professional will help drive a positive QSHE culture and agenda within the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the MS deployment projects including ESMS, QMS, OHSMS & IMS.
  • Support and manage technical conformance audits and studies including MS internal audit, PIAR, EIA, EER.
  • Oversee and manage the MS deployment projects including ESMS, QMS, OHSMS & IMS.
  • Improve and update our current ISO 9001:2008 standard to 9001:2015 and will implement ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 systems going forward
  • Evaluate and analyze quality issues in any of our Projects and introduce corrective and preventive actions

  • Monitor and ensure that all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental legislation is complied with and ensure a safe working environment for all team members within a busy service environment.
  • Identification and coordination of interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to ensure necessary support to enable delivery of the projects.
  • Preparation of the master audit schedule, audit implementation and management of follow up for corrective actions.
  • Evaluate, analyze quality issues and implements systems to identify, track, report and reduce or eliminate non-conformities;
  • Plan, organize, direct and control all activities related to the quality system including meetings, training and updating documents and records for all aspects of the systems;
  • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring that the business is legally compliant at all times.
  • Implement periodic gap analysis and identify hazards and opportunities for enhancing quality, health, safety, environmental and compliance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory HSE requirements

Qualifications / Requirements 

  • Minimum of Bachelors in an Engineering course or Health, Safety and Environment field of study.
  • 3-5 years experience working in a similar audit position
  • QMS and HSE Certified (NEBOSH, IOSH general certificate or equivalent)
  • In depth knowledge of legislation (e.g, OSHA/EPA) and procedures
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organization skills
  • Good analytical skills and ability to think critically
  • Good public speaking and leadership skills
