Our services include retail and small business banking, big business banking, managing money, trade services, and giving financial advice. In 2009, we made some changes to how we work. We decided to focus on being a commercial bank in specific areas: South-South Nigeria, South-West Nigeria, Lagos, and Abuja.
Job Duties:
- Help different departments with office work.
- Do tasks like typing data, organizing files, and other office jobs.
- Plan meetings, appointments, and trips for the team.
- Find information for reports and presentations.
- Talk politely with coworkers and clients.
- Keep track of office supplies and machines.
- Answer calls and emails, and send them to the right person.
- Work on special jobs given by bosses.
Requirements:
- Must be adaptable and energetic to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Need strong leadership and teamwork skills, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Should be proficient in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
