Summary of Job Responsibilities
Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records; obtaining temporary staff from agencies.
Calculate employee pay maintaining records.
Advising employees of eligibility; providing application information; helping with form completion; verifying submission; notifying employees of approvals.
Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
Qualifications and Skills
B.Sc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
2 – 4 years experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Knowledge of labor legislation.
Experience using spreadsheets.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

1. List your contact information (and the employer’s details)
Underneath your name in your cover letter header, list the following contact details:
- First and last name

After your header, include the date and following company contact information:
