Simon Sinek the great philosopher once said “A Boss has the tittle, a leader has the people” The great people of Eleme Rivers State can proudly shout at the rooftop that our own son, His Excellency Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary
Chief Hon. Oji Nyimenuate Ngofa has not only come home but have also conquered. He stands out as one of Nigeria’s best Ambassadors to the World.
Not minding that I am his senior, but I must confess that I am fascinated by his power of Oratory, mobilization skill and ability to achieve results with little or no tool.
Because of the Sterling leadership qualities Ambassador Oji Ngofa is the first and only Eleme Son to have occupied the office of Eleme Local government Chairman for two consecutive tenures as an elected Chairman, and two tenured as Caretaker Chairman; and he was rated as one of the best local government Chairmen in Nigria.
He is no doubt the best and most outstanding local government Chairman in the History of Eleme local government Council.
The revolution he brought in as the National Deputy Secretary of Nigerias ruling political party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has become the yard stick to judge subsequent occupiers of that Office.
He became the Cynosure and pride of both President Muhammadu Buhari and entire Nigeria for the Administrative accumen he exhibited as the Ambassador to the Neatherlands.
I am proud and thankful to God for associating myself with such a brilliant, caring, affable, pragmatic, hardworking and detribalised Nigerian, even as I pray and wish him a higher Office now that he is back to Nigeria from his Ambassadorial functions.
Truly Ambassador Ngofa signifies and expressly exhibit the spirit of a true Son of Eleme and I thank God for blessing us as a nation with such a great Son whose potentials if explored, will assist in solving most of the challenges facing us as a nation.
