  • Excellent communication skills

Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Description

  • Personal assistant to the GMD
  • Management of the GMD’s personal and corporate schedule, calendar, and diaries, organizing meetings and appointments. using Google Calendar
  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls when the GMD is pre-occupied
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation when necessary.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as well as managing databases and filing systems
  • Ensure prompt management of MD’s cars, drivers, house maintenance, domestic staff etc
  • Other duties include working with the different sales and operations teams to ensure the progress of all current company activities.
  • Assist with project Management & Business Development
  • Any other duties as directed by CEO or the Chief of Staff.

N100,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
