Job Title: Account Payable Executive

Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring that payroll and payments are completed and expenses are controlled by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner.
  • The job also exists to make accurate posting to GL account on a daily basis and manage the fixed cost calendar.


  • Facilitate payment to vendors and any expenses incurred in the day to day running of the business
  • Set up and manages the calendar for fixed cost, loan, Payee and VAT
  • Maintain the reconciliation of vendor’s account to avoid double payment
  • Monitor account balances, tracks expenses for monthly financial reporting
  • Undertake the posting of all expenses incurred into the General Ledger
  • Post daily vendor payments as appropriate
  • Maintain records of expenses and keeps track to enable management make informed decision
  • Conduct the preparation of payroll on monthly basis and uploading of staff salaries
  • Generate PAYE and pension transactions while making payment as at when due

Qualifications / Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any relevant discipline is required
  • Membership of ICAN or any accredited accounting body is an added advantage.
  • 5-10 years post NYSC experience in the payable or general accounting
  • Skills: Business Writing; Problem Solving; Analytical, Time Management; Bookkeeping; Records and File Management; Data entry and management; Planning & Organisation; Accounting Information Systems; Attention to Details; Interpersonal Communication; Teamwork; Microsoft Office & Digital Proficiency; Technology Adaptation; Business Acumen; Interpersonal Communication; etc.
  • Knowledge: Financial Accounting Principles; Settlement & Reconciliation; Industry & Market Knowledge; Accounting Concepts; Accounts Payable principles; Taxes and Statutosry deductions, etc.

N150,000 – N180,000 Monthly net plus other benefits.

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

  • Our client requires the service of Mechanical engineer. You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and equipment in all locations and client site.
  • Your role is vital in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the plant, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and complex maintenance and repairs in any assigned locations and client site.
  • Develop, implement and maintain an effective program of equipment and preventive maintenance work.
  • Repair and replace damaged or worn-out parts and component such as valves, pumps and bearings
  • Carry out overhaul and adjust pumps, valves, separators, ventilators etc
  • Perform equipment inspections to ensure that the equipment is safely maintained and operable.
  • Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner aiming for maximum reliability
  • Ensure that any inconsistencies are further investigated and problems are pinpointed exactly
  • Inspect machines, engines, transmissions etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues
  • Provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventive measures to machine users.
  • Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment and engine components by cleaning, replenishing fluids and applying lubricants to them.
  • Ensure availability of parts and supplies by assessing jobs and determining parts that are needed for the job.
  • Perform Any other job assigned by your Supervisor.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or any other related program.
  • 10 – 15 years relevant experience as mechanical engineer in any reputable power distribution company only
  • Ability to use ET for troubleshooting is a must.
  • Caterpillar engine experience is a must.
  • Must have proven knowledge of how to use various hand tools and precision measurement tools.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Demonstrate sound technical knowledge in diesel and gas driven engines.
  • Caterpillar engine experience is a must.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and in-depth knowledge of plant equipment, such as pumps, motors, conveyors, compressors, valves, turbines, and other industrial machinery.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
