Collaborate With the Best:
- As a Site Contract Performance Manager you will be overseeing the daily operations of your team, located onsite throughout Nigeria.
- You will provide technical guidance and insight to support the delivery of multiple customer projects globally.
- You will play an essential role in identifying improvements to products and processes.
Responsibilities
As a Site Contract Performance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the on-site project delivery for our customers to ensure issues are resolved and progress is on-track
- Developing and agreeing design project deliverable to ensure contractual and functional requirements are met
- Performing negotiations and contract administration on assigned proposals to ensure a reasonable quote
- Advocating for the customer through providing support to our team on assigned contracts
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide support for execution and delivery of customer projects and requirements
- Reviewing maintenance plan in accordance with latest standards and policies and update internal tools accordingly.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have significant experience in Services of Gas Turbine, Compressors, and industrial plants.
- Have significant knowledge of Baker Hughes products and business processes
- Have significant experience in a Technical/Commercial/Contract Management role, preferably developed in Oil & Gas sectors
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate experience of leading and motivating teams in a global-matrix environment to deliver multiple projects with International Oil Companies
- Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues

- We are looking for an experienced legal professional/ Company secretary with extensive knowledge of managing corporate governance and legal entity/ branch structures in Sub Sahara Africa (SSA).
- The role will work closely with the functions and operations within the region and will be based in SSA
As a Specialist – Paralegal, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and drafting of corporate governance matters for designated subsidiaries and branches in SSA
- Coordinating and conducting board and shareholder meetings, minute taking and arranging for filling with the relevant internal and external registers.
- Ensuring all legal entities in scope are compliant with applicable laws and internal governance standards
- Working closely with headquarters to help implement different projects and gain adoption across all of Baker Hughes in the relevant region
- Drafting and delivering supporting corporate documents to be used for bids, treasury requirements and other worldwide company operational needs
- Overseeing the maintenance of the regional legal entity data in the database

Requirements
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s Law degree with additional experience as an attorney / company secretary in a law firm or legal department
- Have solid legal expertise gained at a law firm or a multinational corporation
- Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Display excellent written and verbal skills for communicating complex legal content to a range of audiences in English
- Have experience with SSA regulations related to the maintenance of legal entities and branches
- Be able to demonstrate experience performing legal research, analyzing and recommending solutions to issues of legal entity governance;
- Show the ability to work independently in an ethical and compliant manner
- Be a Team player, proactive attitude, flexible to meet tight deadlines and able to perform well under pressure
