Job Title: Key Accounts Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Co-ordinate with Internal Support team and deliver the right solution at the right time to the customers.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Develop new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new applications and sales strategies.
- Identify potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer personnel and company personnel who have worked with customer; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities
- Manage specific accounts and achieve targets with upgrade or cross-sell.
- Develop new applications by preparing specifications; conferring with product engineering.
- Initiate sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify growth opportunities within territory
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
- Prior experience in SAAS industry
- Prior experience in customer facing roles like pre-sales or sales.
- Ability to drive and meet customers at their premises.
