Job Summary
Optimus Bank is looking for a smart and hardworking Relationship Manager to join the Personal Banking team in Port Harcourt.
Responsibilities
As a Relationship Manager in Personal Banking, you will:

Help sell more banking products and services to customers.

Lead your team and help them give the best customer service.

Grow the business by meeting money and customer goals through good relationship management.

Bring in new customers to Optimus Bank.

Help new customers open accounts, link their ATM cards, and start using the bank’s mobile app.

Find new people to bank with and take care of old customers.

Talk with customers every day to help them deposit more money.

Open salary accounts for workers.

Help customers get good loans.

Give out POS machines and teach how to collect money with them.

Manage the relationship with all your customers.

Give excellent service to all personal banking customers.

Write weekly and monthly reports.

Manage the team of account officers and sales agents.
Requirements
To be a Relationship Manager in Personal Banking, you must:

Have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a similar course.

Live in Port Harcourt.
