We are now hiring for the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Delta State
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary (Sales Executive)

The Sales Executive will help us sell more flour by working with bakeries, flour distributors, and shops. As a Sales Executive, you will help customers, track orders, and make sure everyone is happy with our Life Flour.

Sales Executive Responsibilities

  • Help sell more Life Flour and meet our monthly and yearly targets.

  • Talk to bakers to understand how much flour they use and what they need.

  • Keep an eye on stock levels and make sure customers get their flour on time.

  • Check if customers are paying on time and report any problems with payments.

  • Write weekly reports about sales, the market, and what other companies are doing.

  • Build strong relationships with bakers, shop owners, and flour distributors.

  • Help get more new customers and make sure Life Flour is easy to buy everywhere.

  • Work with our technical team to help bakers use Life Flour better.

Sales Executive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly and yearly flour sales targets.

  • Number of bakeries and customers visited daily.

  • Making sure customers pay on time.

  • Life Flour visibility in the market.

  • Happy and loyal customers who keep buying from us.

  • Distributors that keep fresh flour in stock.

  • Keeping track of flour inventory every week.

Sales Executive Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or something similar.

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience, especially in flour or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods).

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

  • Must understand how flour is made and used in bakeries.

  • Must be ready to travel around Delta State.

  • Must be 35 years old or younger.

  • Must know how to work with bakers and distributors.

  • Must know how to use Excel and other sales tools.
