Purpose of the Job
The job of the Walk-in Customer Officer is to talk to customers who come into the office. The officer listens to their problems, answers questions, and helps solve any issues they have. This is a customer service job. You will also help the Call Centre Supervisor with everyday work.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a Walk-in Customer Officer, here are your main tasks:

Be the first person walk-in customers talk to and help them in a polite and professional way.

Listen to customer service problems and write them down correctly.

Help solve customer problems by talking to other teams and following up until the issue is fixed.

Teach customers about bills, payment options, and electricity rules.

If a customer’s problem can’t be fixed quickly, tell the right team and check that it gets solved.

Keep good records of all customer service conversations and feedback.

Make sure your work follows the rules of NESCO and the Electricity Supply Industry.

Help the Call Centre Supervisor with daily tasks.

Do any other job the Supervisor gives you.

Write reports and share them with the Supervisor.

Minimum Educational & Professional Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge
