We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: I.T Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Level: Mid level

Job Responsibilities

  • To collaborate for the design, analysis and implementation of efficient IT systems.
  • To gather feedback from end users for continuous process system and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Include:

Field Support Functions:

  • Deploy, configure, maintain and repair IT infrastructure – both software and hardware
  • Support all installations pertaining to all field locations, stores and the Head office

Administrative Functions:

  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
  • Develop and analyze functional specifications
  • Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
  • Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions
  • Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams
  • Gather feedback from end-users about system performance
  • Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations)
  • Provide advice and technical training to end users as required
  • Keep abreast of technology trends and developments.

Job Specification – Educational / Experience Requirements

  • A good first degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related areas
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, especially in the QSR/FMCG sector
  • Membership of CISCO or any other IT-related professional qualification is an added advantage.

Knowledge Requirements:

  • Demonstrates ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network problem
  • Knowledge of Project Management
  • Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of network operations and management
  • Knowledge of systems design and development process
  • Knowledge of various ERP
  • Knowledge of the QSR/Food Industry practices.

Salary
N65,000 – N120,000 monthly.

 

 

Job Title: Head of Sales, Retail Services

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • 10 years experience in the co-ordination and management of retail stations in the downstream oil industry or any other petroleum marketing company.
  • The Head of Sales is in charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets.
  • He or she is tasked with implementing sales strategies that further the department’s agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the business.
  • The Head of Sales is also tasked with managing key relationships on behalf of the business. The Head of Sales builds strong relationships with the external partners and consumers and regularly interacts with them by attending sales workshops, seminars and hosting events, hosting sales events for the business’s product, playing an active role in industry organizations and so forth.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.

Job Title: Finance / Treasury Manager

Requirements

  • Experienced with relevant professional qualification or membership such as ICAN, ACA, ACCA.
  • minimum of 10 years of strong technical experience in financial accounting in a commercial environment.
  • Audit experience and working knowledge of accounting packages like Sage 300 are desirable.
  • Financial management experience
  • Corporate management accounting experience
  • Administration process experience
  • Excellent in problem-solving, analytical and administrative skills
  • Practical, ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Leadership attitude and good decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
