Although history is often written by victors. We can’t change what has happened in the Rivers State All Progressives Congress, but we can change how we pecieve this important part of history.

Mr Aguma had appealed on December. 29 the judgement of the Court of appeal and the Apex court to restore the high court’s judgement. The appeal was unanimously dismissed by a five- man panel of Apex court led by Amina Augie on Friday.

The members of the panel, Adamu Jauro who prepared the lead judgement, but was read on his behalf by Ms Augie dismissed the appeal on the grounds of lack of jurisdiction.
He went on to affirm the judgement of the Court of appeals and set aside the High Court, judgement that was favourable to Mr Aguma.
