Job Title: Supply Finance Manager

Location: Nigeria

Job Purpose

  • As a The Supply Chain Operations Finance Manager, you will provide critical finance advisory services to strategic leadership as to the financial implications of business decisions to aid growth and profit of the organization, monitoring efficiencies and productivity projects which serve as input to the Integrated Supply Chain deliverables.
  • The key areas of focus will be Supply Chain P&L/Balance Sheet accounting, Inventory, and support of the annual planning processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing financial advice for all sub-function within the Integrated Supply Chain – Outbound Logistic, Planning, Export and Import, Core supply KPIs and Capex Spend Monitoring and Controls.
  • Business partnering with multiple stakeholders across supply chain and commercial to set strategic directions (monthly OPEX and CAPEX KPIs), discuss productivity improvements, evaluate suppliers, and support the overall business function.
  • Preparing reports, budgets, commentaries, and financial statements with respect to Integrated Business Plan – (Commercial – Supply Chain and Operations – Fulfillment).
  • Provide adequate supervision of the inventory audit process for all Supply Chain warehouses and ensure warehouses are compliant with corporate financial accounting policies.
  • Support Commercial Planning team in developing a monthly forecast and supply outlook.
  • Monitoring and tracking cost saving initiatives and forecasting impact on Margins and impact on profitability.
  • Work with logistics teams to ensure the efficient movement of goods while minimizing costs
  • Negotiating and obtaining finance for major supply projects.

Requirements
Special Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum educational level – Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. (A Higher degrees/MBA/would be of added advantage.)
  • A certified Accountant – ICAN, ACCA, CIMA Certification.
  • 5 – 7 years finance experience partnering supply chain within Logistics, distribution and/or FMCG industry. The last 4 years should be in Managerial position.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint), and appropriate accounting and ERP systems/packages.
  • Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and IFRS.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
  • Sound business knowledge
  • Accuracy and an eye for detail.
  • Strong Financial Business Partnering Skill.

Job Title: Product Design Lead

Job Purpose

  • The Lead will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining the UX framework and direction for all user-centric and business-related projects.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with our 3rd party agencies, business users, Product, and IT teams to ensure that our digital products deliver optimal user experiences and meet our business goals.

  • Function as a UX Business Partner to the Business and serve as a Product Design Expert in your domain toward the business.

  • Spearhead UX design and define UX direction for projects using appropriate tools such as sketches, workflows, wireframes, interaction specifications.

Job Title: Revenue Assurance Lead

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform company accounting duties and determine revenue and expenditure.
  • Ensure no revenue loss leakage – all billed goods & services are fully settled.
  • Be the first point of contact for payment aggregators from whom we collect for invoiced goods to ensure amounts paid for goods and services delivered by the Company are duly received and credited to the Company’s bank accounts.
  • Work with operations / dispatch to resolve all issues that could occasion revenue loss / leakage e.g payment reversals / recalls for invoiced and dispatched goods.
  • Work with account team to perform financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities.
  • Determine monthly revenue forecast and perform monthly revenue analysis.
  • Keep up to date on Consumer and Enterprise commercial propositions and enhancements in technical capabilities, to: identify potential risk areas on revenue / margin, define and implement new controls and analysis on new Offers and Capabilities, creating queries, reports and dashboards.
  • Run analysis on offers covering all segments/categories/SKUs ,identifying spike in the patterns, trend not in line with business expectation, potentially risky scenarios and customers affected by potential issues with the ultimate scope of detecting margin leakages. In the analysis the candidate will leverage on existing systems / reports / set of data, but he/she will be required to create new ad hoc reports / queries / dashboards.
  • Perform recurring controls to verify the completeness and correctness of the Billing on a sample of customers, select the sample to assure a proper coverage, manage the communication and follow ups of the potential issues identified.
  • Partnering with Finance, Marketing, IT and Operations to follow up and assess revenue impact analysis
  • Review and interpret contracts for proper billing terms and assist in management aspects of the revenue process.
