Job Title: Graduate Trainee

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the Graduate Trainee include: Actively participating in training within various units in the Agency to gain knowledge and familiarize self with the duties and functions of the various units and majorly shadow team members with the following:

  • Contacting clients to get more information on their travel specifications and making arrangements to meet their travel needs.
  • Familiarize self and stay updated with company products and services.
  • Providing clients with accurate information on products and services as may be requested.
  • Advise clients based on travel information.
  • Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Provide weekly report on trainings and tasks performed.
  • Attending to all mails pertaining to the department
  • Creating contents related to travels and company’s products.
  • Meeting all Departmental and Agency standards as advised by the management, this includes but is not limited to the Code of Conduct, client Service Standards and record-keeping requirements.
  • Other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 0 – 1 years experience.

Responsibilities

  • The general responsibility of the Ticketing Officer is to sell airline (flight and jet) tickets.
  • Scheduling flights based on client needs and flight availability.
  • Provide responses to enquiries on flight tickets, pricing, and flight schedules.
  • Process and issue flight tickets to clients after confirmed payments.
  • Achieve sales target on tickets.
  • Assist other units in the company with flight checks.
  • Address clients’ concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Inform clients of promotions.
  • Discuss business contracts and cost with clients.
  • Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately.
  • Contact vendors to discuss partnership agreements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of flight fares.
  • Provide promotional content for flights.
  • Any other duties as assigned by management

  • Providing strategic and analytic solutions to clients’ problems to ensure clients’ maximum satisfaction.
  • Provide support to other departments in the company to ensure that all staff preserves relations with clients.
  • Conducting sales/business reviews using CRM programs.
  • Any other duties as assigned by management
