General Requirements
- Only OND, SSCE holders and residents of Victoria Island, Lekki, Ikeja, Oshodi, Okota, Sango-Otta and Ajah (Lagos) — GRA, Elekahia, Rumukalagbor, Oroworukwo, Oromerezimgbu (Port Harcourt) —- Abuja need to apply.
