Workforce Group – Our client, a top Commercial Bank in the Northern states of Nigeria is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Contact Centre Agent
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Adamawa, Bauchi, Benue, Borno, Gombe, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Nassarawa, Niger, Plateau, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe, Zamfara
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints, questions, and inquiries
  • Interact with customers to provide them with information about new and existing products and services
  • Escalate customer queries to the backend.
  • Resolve customer issues and queries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be currently resident in any of the Northern states
  • OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc candidates in any course of study
  • Not more than 27 years old
