”You are digging your own grave if you allow fame get the best of you” – Comedian AY Makun advises ‘newborn celebrities’.

Ace Comedian and Actor, AY Makun, has taken to his social media page to tender some words of advice to young Nigerians who recently have been introduced to Fame.

AY advised the ‘reigning and trending’ celebs to embrace humility if they want to enjoy longevity in the entertainment industry.

Read his tweet below ;

Dear reigning & trending celebrity, before you allow the fame to take the best of you, just know that you are digging your own grave .There is a reason why 2Baba, RMD & others are still in the same business where some don’t last more than 2 years. Talent is not enough

Humility will open more doors than arrogance ever will.
Pride makes us artificial where humility makes us real.

Amaka Okoye: He is not talking about bbnaija celebs, I think he is indirectly shading davido because of the bad news they’re hearing about him this past news, he said young celebrities should learn from older celebrities like 2face and RMD and be humble, that it is only your talent will keep you longer in the industry or else you fade away so he was not referring to the bbnaija celebs, stop using bbnaija people to make headlines, after all they’re not making any noise they’re just looking gud and going for their media tours and prize presentation party simple let them be, that Ay talk is for arrogant celebs not bbnaija people.

Adaora Udeh: Ay abeg allow him to enjoy his fame now because it will only last this year … their fame no dey last… very soon we are going to focus on the new house mates
