Program Details:
The Sahara Graduate Management Trainee Program is designed to identify, nurture, and develop future leaders who can drive key areas of the company and support Sahara Group’s growth ambitions.
Participants will be exposed to midstream oil and gas operations through intensive training, job rotations locally and internationally, and mentorship.

Requirements for the Sahara Group Graduate Management Trainee Program:
To qualify for the Sahara Group Global Talent Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of a 2:1 in any field
- 0-2 years of post-graduate formal work experience
- Completion of the NYSC program
- A master’s degree from a recognized university and relevant professional qualifications are advantageous for accelerated growth
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in French is a plus
