Job Title: Inventory Control Clerk

Location: Nigeria
Job Schedule: Full time

Job Description

• The key purpose is for all governance processes and documentation are followed and completed to ensure that any and all physical movement of inventory is correctly reflected in SAP.
• Assist with primary and secondary distribution activities as required.

Responsibilities
Daily Documentation Control:

• Check that all SD shipment packs are correct and complete
• Check that all Interdepot Movement Notes are correct and complete
• Check all PD and SD Gate Registers to physical documents and final load plan
• All stock and shipment packs filed as per SAB requirements
• Assist with credit queries

Route settlement corrections:

• Process customer and driver corrections as required
• Assign variance reasons to all driver and customer corrections
• Key roles and responsibilities
• Check all RSC invoices have been recorded in register and sent to customers for signature
• Track and resolve missing and unsigned invoices within the specified timeframe

Routine Administration:

• Capture missing broken and foreign survey data
• Print beer age concessions and attach to shipments that are received out of specification
• Capture fuel usage Raise purchase orders
• Ensure all invoice queries are resolved
• Reporting on missing documents and errors found

Governance:

• Ensure that documentation is controlled as per audit and SARBox requirements
• Ensure that inventory management principles and policies are applied

Stock Take Procedures:

• Carry out inventory counts as prescribed in company policies and procedures
• Generate stock variance reports daily
• Issuing and receiving stock
• Assist with issuing and receiving of primary and secondary distribution shipments on SAP when required

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Tertiary diploma/degree in Stock Control / Management would be an added advantage
• 2-3 years’ experience in a Stock Control environment
• Excellent knowledge of Stock Control processes

Job Title: Trade Marketing, Planning and Projects Manager

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

• The key purpose of this role is to manage Trade Marketing Budget and Tracking monthly spend, analyzing trade activity data, utilize Share-point tools to manage data and competitor activities to develop effective trade marketing strategies.
• The primary focus will be on Planning and executing all Trade Marketing Projects to support Sales and Marketing teams by providing insights and recommendations to optimize promotional activities, distribution channels, and pricing strategies etc.

Key roles and Responsibilities
Project Tracking:

• Plan, Execute, Track and Report on all Trade Marketing Projects.
• Set framework for FY activities (1YP) and manage periodic deliverables (Quarterly and Monthly Presentations).

Data Collection & Management:

• Collect and Manage Trade Marketing Data (Promotions & Activations Data, Specific Project Data, Asset Data etc.) on share-point and other cloud tools.

Trade Promotion Analysis:

• Evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and campaigns by analyzing sales data, promotional ROI, and trade spend.
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance promotional strategies.

Channel Strategy:

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop channel-specific marketing strategies.
• Evaluate distribution channels, pricing structures, and promotional tactics to maximize sales and profitability.

Data Analysis:

• Utilize various data sources and analytical tools to extract meaningful insights. Interpret complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.

Forecasting and Planning:

• Assist in the development of Trade Marketing Execution and promotion plans based on market insights and historical data.
• Monitor performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.

Collaboration:

• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product development, and finance teams to align trade marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Reporting:

• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key findings, performance metrics, and actionable insights.
• Provide timely updates to management on trade marketing initiatives and results.

ZBB Tracking:

• Manage ZBB Budget in collaboration with ZBB PPM to ensure efficient utilization of the budget and compliance to ZBB due diligence.

Minimum Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of B.Sc. / HND in Sales and Marketing or any related discipline.
• 3 – 5 years management experience.
