Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Initiate strategies that will lead to the company having effective footprint of its product lines ion all the binding wire and nails markets in Nigeria.
  • Source for new customers and manage the relationships of existing clients.
  • Drive intelligence gathering for deeper knowledge of competitive activities and marketing strategies.
  • Handle all prospect and customers’ enquiries
  • Increase sales volumes to ensure set targets are met

Qualifications

  • Degree / HND.
  • A minimum of one year sales experience or high level passion for sales

Other Conditions:

  • Applicants must understand the whole rudiments of salesand relationship management process.
  • They must possess competence in professional selling and persuasion
  • They must be very hardworking, target oriented to achieve set targets.
  • Must age less than 35years

Salary and Other Benefits

  • Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.

Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Develop and manage daily/weekly/monthly production schedules, allocate resources, and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
  • Implement and monitor quality standards, perform checks and resolve quality issues to ensure quality goals are met.
  • Enforce safety regulations, promote a safe work environment, and manage adherence to HSE policies.
  • Supervise, train, mentor, and motivate production staff, managing manpower discipline and performance.
  • Monitor production costs, manage budgets, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and ensure efficient use of assets.
  • Coordinate timely raw material supply, manage inventory levels, and ensure equipment availability.
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and efficient use of production machinery.
  • Prepare reports, communicate performance metrics, and liaise with related departments.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing principles, implement new technologies, and improve processes for greater efficiency and output.

Qualification

  • HND/B.Sc in Production, Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering or other Engineering related courses.

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 10 years practical production management experience from a steel production company
  • Extensive knowledge iniron/steel equipment and machinery management
  • Basic experience in the installation, repairs and maintenance of diverse machinery

Other Conditions

  • They must be very hardworking, target oriented, with high level of integrity

  • General book-keeping ensuring that all financial transactions are captured through the company’s accounting software.
  • Carryout periodic and prompt reconciliations with debtors, creditors and bankers, by monitoring account statements regularly to ensure they tally with the company’s records

Qualifications

  • Degree / HND in Accounting
  • At least two years experience in accounts related work

  • Ideal candidates should presently reside in Onitsha.
  • Must age less than 35years
