Job Description
- To efficiently & proactively support the team lead in all aspects of cash management; provision of steady supply of ATM fit notes to branches, mop up and deposit of excess cash from branches and deposit at CBN. Stand as a ready back – up to take up responsibilities of the team lead in his absence.
- Compliance and improvement on turn- around times (TAT) on delivery of cash and report.
- Provide accurate data of daily cash shortages activities.
- Improved customer service and satisfaction levels as per customer survey results.
- Reduction of costs and increased productivity.
- Quality cash are sufficiently provide to the branches and ATM.
- Reduction of costs and increased output.
- Identifies and assesses the risks in existing processes and make recommendations to the centre for enhanced risk/loss management.
- Liaise with the branches to ensure that shortages recorded from their daily evacuation (a potential loss to the Bank) are eliminated or reduced to the barest minimum.
Qualifications
- BSc in Social Science or related field.
Experience:
- 1-2 years Experience in Operations.
- 1-2years experience in leading and maintaining relationship
- Comprehensive knowledge of banking transaction processes relevant to products and services offered to customers.
