Requirements

  • Major Account Manager – 3-5 years of experience
    Key Account Manager – 2-3 years of experience.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.

Salary

  • Major Account Manager: N500,000 / Month.
  • Key Account Manager: N350,000 / Month.

Description

  • We are seeking experienced and target-driven Direct Sales Agents to join a reputable commercial bank in the locations stated below.
  • The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales of the bank’s financial products, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct sales within a financial services institution
  • Must be currently working in a financial services company as a DSA

  • Degree in Law and having obtained a 2:1 or above
  • Master of Laws LLM will be an added advantage
  • At least Five (5) years post qualification experience with a reputable firm.
  • Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Credit Acquisition Officer (Loan Officer)

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and onboard new loan customers across various market segments.
  • Promote the bank’s credit products and achieve assigned loan acquisition and disbursementtargets.
  • Conduct needs assessments to match customers with suitable loan products.
  • Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring compliance with documentationand credit policies.
  • Collaborate with the Credit and Risk team to ensure timely evaluation and approval of loanrequests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and referrals.

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of credit processes and documentation requirements.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM or loan management tools

N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
