Job Description

- The ideal candidates must be customer-focused, operationally sound, and capable of leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations across front and back-of-house
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Implement customer loyalty and retention initiatives
- Develop and drive restaurant-level marketing activities
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Organize and supervise staff shifts
- Lead, coach, train, and evaluate restaurant team members
- Manage inventory, forecast needs, and ensure availability of supplies
- Minimize waste and maintain cost control measures
- Ensure a clean, safe, and positive working environment
- Monitor operations, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
- Introduce innovative strategies to boost productivity and sales.
Requirements & Qualifications
- B.Sc. or HND in related fields.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities
- Prior experience in customer service
- Experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is an added advantage
- Good understanding of food and restaurant operations
- Excellent leadership, motivational, and people management skills
- Sound financial management and reporting abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations for all e-commerce and delivery platforms
- Monitor daily/weekly sales, order volume, and delivery performance
- Resolve platform complaints and ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Track key metrics (AOV, conversion rate, cancellations, delivery completion)
- Work with platform partners to resolve issues and negotiate promotions
- Conduct outlet visits to assess e-commerce processes and compliance
- Lead and supervise e-commerce staff, schedules, and training
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to management
- Improve customer experience and address recurring issues
- Oversee last-mile logistics and rider performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Role Scope
- Lead end-to-end bread production operations in line with SOPs and quality standards
- Drive production efficiency, waste reduction, and cost optimization
