Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate to manage accurate income and expense records, generate timely financial reports, and oversee account operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using approved accounting software,
  • Reconcile monthly bank statements and manage ledgers and other financial transactions.
  • Generate monthly income and expense reports, assist with budget preparation
  • Ensure organized financial documentation for audit readiness and compliance.
  • Track and document all operational expenses, utility bills, vendor invoices, and assist in coordinating payments based on approved memos and requisitions.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 1–2 years post-NYSC relevant accounting experience
  • Strong background in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites, Google Workspace, or accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectvely with vendors and executives.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.

Job Summary
