Job Title: Account Receivable Officer

Job Summary
- Accounts Receivable Clerks manage incoming payments, process invoices, and maintain accurate customer accounts to ensure timely revenue collection.
- This role involves verifying transactions, resolving discrepancies, and supporting financial reporting while complying with company policies.
- The position reports to the Accounts Manager or Finance Director.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Process incoming payments, invoices, and bank deposits in compliance with financial procedures, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accurately posted and discrepancies are resolved.
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments, send bill reminders, and contact clients via phone, email, or mail to facilitate collections.
- Generate financial statements, aging reports, and summaries on accounts receivable status for management review.
- Resolve billing inquiries, disputes, and payment issues professionally while maintaining customer relationships.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records, including invoices, payments, and credit information.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and collaborate with other departments on billing-related matters.
Qualification
- A good university Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ispreferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities for collections and dispute resolution.
- Knowledge of credit policies, financial reporting, and basic negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with GAAP or IFRS standards and experience in high-volume invoicing.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Officer

Job Summary
- Accounts Payable Officer processes vendor invoices, manages payments, and maintains accurate financial records to ensure timely and compliant disbursements.
- This role supports cash flow management, vendor relations, and financial reporting while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Verify and process supplier invoices by matching against Purchase Orders, Goods Received Notes, and contracts for accuracy and authorization.
- Enter invoice and payment data into ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and perform three-way matching to prevent errors.
- Prepare and execute payments via EFT, cheques, or wire transfers according to payment terms and cash flow availability.
- Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain supplier master data including contact and payment terms.
- Monitor accounts payable aging reports, prioritize urgent payments, and communicate with vendors on status and issues.
- Handle employee expense reimbursements, petty cash, and cash advances per company policy and approval limits.
- Generate reports on payables, cash disbursements, and vendor performance for management and audit purposes.
- Assist in month-end close, internal audits, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax withholding, and internal controls like dual approvals for high-value payments.
Qualifications
- A good university Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred with 2+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and deadline management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, procurement processes, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication for vendor negotiations and cross-department collaboration.
- Experience with high-volume invoicing or international payments.

- Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned division at the earliest
- Resolving quality-related issues adhering to deadlines
- Providing quality training to the team
- Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records
- Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met
- Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels
- Monitor the production phase at various levels
- Monitor the calibration of all the equipment used for manufacturing and their serviceability.

- Support quality and compliance by adhering to all procedures, work instructions, and forms per the Quality Health and Safety Management Systems (QHS).
Primary Responsibilities
- Interacting with Engineering and Material specialist to identify and improve the process
- Inspection of raw materials and printed components to ensure the quality.
- Generating inspection reports and Procedures

Job Title: Automation & Autonomous Systems Engineer

Job Summary
- The Automation & Autonomous Systems Engineer is responsible for the design, integration, programming, and validation of robotic and automation systems used within the Advanced Manufacturing Division, specifically for Unmanned programs, Autonomous and related sensor platforms.
- This position requires the application of multidisciplinary knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and software engineering to develop efficient, reliable, and intelligent autonomous systems.
- The engineer ensures that all robotic and automation processes conform to design intent, quality standards, and safety requirements while supporting the continuous improvement of manufacturing and testing operations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the design, integration, and validation of autonomous control systems for Autonomous platforms, encompassing guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) algorithms, sensor fusion, and actuator coordination.
- Develop and implement ROS2/PX4-based autonomy architectures, integrating LiDAR, radar, IMU, GNSS, and sonar inputs into a unified decision-making and motion-control framework.
- Prototype and refine robotic subsystems such as dynamic positioning, obstacle avoidance, station-keeping, and auto-docking functionalities, ensuring system reliability in marine operating conditions.
- Collaborate with Marine Systems and Mechatronics Engineers to synchronize mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces, ensuring full system interoperability and compliance with mission objectives.
- Develop, test, and maintain digital twin models for autonomous systems to simulate navigation performance, control loop stability, and environmental response.
- Implement model-based system design (MBSD) and real-time testing environments to validate control algorithms using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) setups.
- Lead system integration activities from bench-level assembly to full-scale prototype deployment, ensuring alignment between physical configurations and control logic.
- Develop and document control system architectures, wiring schematics, data pipelines, and telemetry protocols for seamless transition to manufacturing and maintenance teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (B.Eng / B.Tech / M.Eng) in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or Control Systems Engineering.
- 6–7 years experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or automation integration.
- Proficiency in ROS2, PX4, and embedded programming (Python/C++).
- Hands-on experience with sensor integration including LiDAR, GNSS, IMU/INS, sonar, and camera systems.
- Strong understanding of communication networks such as Ethernet, CAN, RS-485, and NMEA 2000.
- Working knowledge of marine or field-deployed robotic systems preferred.
- Certifications in ROS Developer, Embedded Systems, or Marine Electrical Safety will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
