Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
– Resolve customer complaints and transaction issues efficiently
– Escalate complex issues to internal teams and ensure timely resolution
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
– Educate customers on product features and policies
Requirements:
– BSc in any relevant discipline
– 3+ years experience in Customer Support within fintech or financial services
– Strong understanding of fintech products and payment systems
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Experience with CRM and ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
