Key Responsibilities:
– Follow up with clients to gather feedback on service and food quality
– Mediate and resolve client complaints with empathy and speed
– Analyze feedback to improve service delivery
– Build and maintain relationships with clients
– Maintain logs of customer satisfaction levels and resolution statuses
Requirements:
