Job Title: Senior Lead – Sales and Trade Development (Enugu)

Mission
- To promote MTN brand and deliver on monthly sales target and other expectations as required by the division.
- To lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives, Mobilize Consultants, Field Support Agents, and SRAA
Description
- Ensure increase in sales/activations and product penetration by ensuring brand visibility within territory.
- Review channel operations and stock levels and ensure proper stock management in channel in order to meet customer demands.
- Coach and train direct reports to ensure understanding of the objectives and goals of the department, awareness of set targets/requirements and increase product knowledge, as well as identify developmental opportunities for team members.
- Review performance of individual team members and complete appraisals in accordance with the employee performance appraisal procedures and time schedules.
- Oversee and coordinate all technical activities, the activities of direct reports and ensure all transaction and administrative documentation is recorded and available for business use.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, participate in organizing channel distributor forums and events to enhance business relationship.
Requirements
Education:
- A first Degree (B.Sc. or HND) in any Social Science degree or related course
- Minimum of 3 years post degree
- Fluent in English
Experience:
- 3-7 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others
- Experience working in a medium organization
- Experience using data mining tools
- Telecoms experience would be an added advantage

Description
- Works within approved operational procedures, support models, access controls, monitoring standards, and change governance.
- Executes day-2 support activities for cloud-hosted workloads, including monitoring, incident response, standard changes, and recovery support.
- Maintains support documentation, runbooks, and operational records to support effective service delivery.
- Monitor cloud-hosted services and respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests in line with approved support processes.
- Execute standard operational tasks for supported cloud workloads, including health checks, service restarts, basic recovery actions, and routine support activities
- Update tickets, support records, and operational documentation to ensure accurate tracking and effective handover where required
- Support implementation of approved changes and planned maintenance activities for cloud-supported services.
- Assist in identifying recurring faults, known errors, and operational improvement opportunities across supported environments.
- Work with internal teams, vendors, and service owners to follow up on issues requiring escalation or additional support action.
Requirements
Education:
- First Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
- Relevant cloud or infrastructure support certification will be an advantage
- Fluent in English.
Experience:
3-7 years’ experience which includes
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in infrastructure, cloud operations, or production support
- Hands-on exposure to monitoring, incident handling, change execution, and service restoration
- Experience supporting Azure, private cloud, virtualization, or enterprise hosting environments
- Working knowledge of backup, recovery, patching, and operational support tools.

Job Summary
- Make visible and control in all business areas external subscriber fraud to agreed business acceptable levels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business and strategy plan for Fraud Management.
- Plan, prioritise and co-ordinate the work of the subscriber fraud operations team.
- Take ownership of the fraud management system, identify and deliver business case and requirements for future system integration and delivery.
- Develop business awareness of the subscriber fraud team and obtain business buy-in to methodologies and strategies.
- Research, document, and implement industry best practices regarding fraud prevention and detection.
- Develop and establish external fraud detection policy, processes, and procedures.
- Develop, maintain, document, and ensure implementation of a subscriber fraud referral process.
- Develop and implement measurable fraud prevention controls.
- Report on fraud levels and loss to the business.
- Develop process and procedure to identify departmental workload versus resources with a view to ensuring adequate utilization of resources.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to proactively prevent fraud and implement changes that can enhance detection and/or deter future subscriber fraud behavior.
- Develop and document current/future policies, procedures and processes that impact fraud departmentally.
Requirements
- First degree in any related discipline
- 6 – 13 years’ experience which includes:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialisation; with experience in supervising/managing others
- Experience working in a medium to large organization.
- Fraud Operational and/or Fraud Policy experience.
- Fluent in English
- Possession of a professional qualification.
