Job Title: Head of Sales and Marketing

Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial growth strategy in Abuja.
- This role requires a strategic leader with strong experience in digital marketing, sales leadership, business development, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team.
- Build strategic partnerships and expand corporate (B2B) and retail customer acquisition.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare executive reports for Management.
Digital Marketing:
- Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, email, and other digital channels.
- Manage the company’s content and lead generation strategy.
- Analyze campaign performance using digital analytics and optimize ROI.
- Work closely with content creators and designers to strengthen the company’s online presence.
Business Development:
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing sales teams and achieving revenue growth.

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to lead and head our Finance Department.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, effective cash-flow management, regulatory compliance, and sound financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Finance Department and provide effective direction to the finance team.
- Oversee the company’s day-to-day financial operations, including payables, receivables, cash management and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure effective management of the company’s financial resources.
- Establish, maintain and strengthen financial controls and accounting processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and accurate recording of all financial transactions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification such as ICAN, ACCA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, with significant experience in a finance/accounting leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, taxation and financial controls.
- Experience managing and developing a finance team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial management practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail and accountability.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and operate effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
