Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled Crane Manager to oversee heavy-duty crane operations across our PH and Lagos sites.
- You will lead equipment deployment, drive business growth through deal closure, and ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage fleet of heavy-duty cranes (mobile, tower, crawler) ensuring safety and uptime.
- Source, negotiate, and close crane rental/contract deals with industrial clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of operators, riggers, and maintenance staff.
- Enforce compliance with Nigerian safety standards and site-specific protocols.
- Coordinate logistics, maintenance schedules, and project planning across both locations.
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime, extend crane lifespan, and reduce emergency repair costs.
- Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management, covering utilization rates, fuel consumption, project profitability, and incident metrics.
