Job Description

• As part of the development of our activities in Nigeria, we are looking for a Junior Account Manager Recruiter to support our clients, consultants and internal teams.
• The role will work closely with the Account Manager and Business Development Manager.
• The ideal candidate will be primarily Talent Acquisition focused, while demonstrating strong client-facing skills, commercial awareness and the ability to coordinate multiple activities from client request through to consultant deployment and assignment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment:

• Source, identify and assess suitable consultants in response to client requirements.
• Review CVs and coordinate candidate submissions to clients.
• Maintain regular communication with consultants throughout the recruitment and assignment process.
• Coordinate consultant onboarding, contracts, amendments and required documentation.
• Follow up on assignment status and client feedback.
• Support consultant mobilisation and demobilisation activities.
• Work closely with HR, Logistics and other internal teams to ensure smooth consultant deployment.
• Maintain accurate consultant and project information in the company’s systems.

Account Management & Client Support:

• Support the Account Manager and Business Development Manager in managing and developing existing client accounts.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, bids and commercial proposals.
• Support client referencing and framework contract activities.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and consultants.
• Prepare cost and calculation sheets in coordination with the Account Manager / Business Development Manager.
• Support negotiations with consultants and clients as required.
• Assist with the preparation of consultant and client contracts and amendments.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a proactive, organized and commercially aware professional with a strong interest in recruitment and client management.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment, manpower services, account management, technical staffing or a similar role.
• Experience within Oil & Gas, Power, Engineering, EPC or another technical / industrial environment is an advantage.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening and coordination skills.
• Good client-facing and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of the Nigerian market and relevant industry sectors.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills, initiative and attention to detail.

Job Description

• Provide the expertise in the field of marine operations to support marine activities as required by directives EP19, DGEP General Policy for Marine operations and Marine Operations Standards in ONNE.
• Ensure the implementation and application of the COMPANY Marine procedures (guidelines on approach to Offshore installations, etc.), CMS and COMPANY HSE rules by Contractors.
• Ensure proper induction to the vessel officer and crew and continue HSE and marine training during each opportunity.
• Conduct OVID inspections.
• Advice Marine Managers for the Marines Operations and Onne Manager for all Onne SITE related (loading & unloading cargoes, transfer of PAX…).
• Ensure a proper follow up of the condition of the mooring buoys and sufficient numbers and assist to the supply chain offshore.
• Participate in the incident investigation and follow-up (implementation of CTA conclusions).
• Monitor and propose corrective actions to Marine related anomaly reports.
• Prepare and issue the “Notice of Mariners” to the Marine Manager.
• Conduct inspection of potential and contracted vessels and assessment of the crew and closely follow-up the closure of the various open findings
• Monitor and administrate all document control forms to vessels contracted by COMPANY.
• Interface with Security Department and address all operational matters with the security vessels.
• Participate to Call for Tender process, technical evaluation and selection of contractors, vessels and ensure that technical contractor selection is carried out in accordance with COMPANY requirements and that safety assessment is a part of the selection process.
• Assist in preparing for rig / barge moves and all Marine operations, approving of anchor pattern and anchoring procedures.
• COMPANY Marine Representative for rig and barge moves.
• Assist in contractor Marine operations, procedure analysis and follow up of their application on site.
• Provide Marine expertise to all departments (Drilling, Projects and Production) concerning marine related activities.
• Responsible for DP audits.(The candidate will be the authority in DP operation for the affiliate (Specialist))
• Inspect on monthly basis the boat landings and issue a comprehensive report regarding their conditions.
• Continually monitor the fast crew boat activities with referent Captains of the contractors.
• Proactively carry out the activities of the job.
• Participate in the Marine risk analysis and emergency plan.
• Lead and organize CTA Cause Tree Analysis.
• Be responsible for achievement of agreed objectives and corrective actions defined into contractor audit plan.
• Adapt to changes in work practices and job activities.
• Act in the best interest of the COMPANY at all times.
• Seek out learning opportunities and transfer new skills and knowledge to the job.
• Adhere to the values and principles of the COMPANY Code of Conduct at all times.
• Willingly and openly share good practice.

HSE:

• Actively participate in COMPANY safety awareness and Safety Committee meetings on Offshore Sites / office.
• Perform regular HSE meeting with marine Contractor.

Service reporting and line of command:
Under the line of hierarchy of both entity:

• Onne Site Manager for all Onne site related.
• Marine Manager for all Marine related.

Qualifications

• Education: Marine Engineer or Bachelor Nautical.
• Marine background and experience in Marine operations holding Master’s certificate for seagoing vessel or unlimited Chief engineer licence.
• Work as Marine Warranty Surveyor.
• Must have a valid OVID certificate.
• Experience in organisation, planning of personnel transport & logistics
• Experience from Rig operations, Rig Mover / OIM.
• The Marine Expert need to be an expert in 4 disciplines, Drilling, AHTS, MWS and DP.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
