We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Summary
- To manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, enforce internal controls, and maintain regulatory compliance and preference will be given to candidates with experience in the oil and gas service industry.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly management accounts.
- Prepare financial statements.
- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting.
Budget & Cost Control:
- Monitor departmental budgets.
- Analyze cost trends and recommend improvements.
- Monitor project profitability.
Tax & Compliance:
- Coordinate PAYE, VAT, WHT, Pension, NSITF, ITF, and other statutory remittances.
- Ensure timely tax filings.
Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor receivables and payables.
- Manage cash flow forecasts.
- Support treasury operations.
Audit & Internal Control:
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Implement financial controls.
- Review accounting records for accuracy.
Team Supervision:
- Supervise finance staff.
- Review accounting entries and reconciliations.
