Job Title: Head of Finance
Location: VI, Lagos
Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Full-time
About the role
- A prestigious financial technology and digital gaming organisation is seeking a commercially astute Head of Finance to lead financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, taxation and financial planning while supporting strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, management accounts and annual financial statements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely tax filings and applicable statutory remittances.
- Strengthen financial controls and coordinate external audits.
- Lead the finance team and provide strategic financial advice to Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- ICAN, ACA or ACCA qualification.
- Minimum 10 years’ finance experience, including 5 years in senior management.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Nigerian tax requirements and treasury management.
- Advanced Excel, financial modelling and ERP experience.
- Fintech, payments, banking or gaming experience is preferred.

- A prestigious financial technology and digital gaming organisation is seeking an experienced Internal Control Manager to strengthen its governance framework, safeguard company assets and ensure effective financial and operational controls.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal control policies, procedures and risk-control matrices.
- Conduct risk-based control testing and identify control weaknesses.
- Monitor reconciliations, payment processes, expenses and transaction controls.
- Ensure compliance with approval limits and segregation of duties.
- Track corrective actions and prepare control reports for Management.
- Support audits and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- ICAN, ACCA or ANAN qualification; CIA, CISA or CRMA is an advantage.
- 6–8 years’ relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, COSO, Excel and risk assessment.
- Experience in fintech, banking, payments or gaming is preferred.
Salary
N1,200,000 – N1,500,000 per month.

- Oversee payroll coordination and applicable statutory HR obligations.
- Implement performance management, learning and development programmes.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters and HR compliance.
- Drive engagement, retention, organisational culture and succession planning.
- Maintain HR policies and provide workforce reports to Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- CIPM, CIPD, SHRM or equivalent professional qualification or membership.
- Minimum 10 years’ HR experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian employment legislation and statutory obligations.
- Demonstrated expertise in compensation, HR systems and employee relations.
- Fintech, banking, technology or gaming experience is preferred.
