Job Title: Accounts Officer 

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Summary
We are on the hunt for a smart, highly analytical and qualified Accounts Officer to join our team. In this pivotal position, your duties will include the following:

• Posting standard journal entries
• Managing and reconciling Health Management Organization (HMO) claims and receivables
• Reconciling payables and bank activities
• Monitoring financial transactions
• Assisting with budgets
• Participating in audits, and serving as the primary liaison between the hospital and HMO partners to ensure prompt and accurate payments

Requirements

• To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial policies, procedures, and systems.
• In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate must be a detailed person with outstanding analytical and time management abilities.
• Candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and at least one accounting software (preferably Sage ERP).

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting or Finance with 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Proven experience in HMO claims management, reconciliation, and liaison within a healthcare setting is essential.

Salary
N160,000 – N180,000 per month.

Job Title: Sonographer (Part-Time)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and patient-friendly Sonographer to join our clinical team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, OB/GYN, and small parts scans, adhering strictly to established clinical protocols.
• Provide exceptional patient care with outstanding bedside manners, reassuring patients, explaining procedures clearly, and ensuring comfort throughout the process.
• Review and analyze scan outputs for clarity and diagnostic accuracy prior to physician evaluation.
• Maintain strict punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts to support seamless clinic operations.
• Document clinical findings and patient history accurately within the electronic health record system.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment, conduct routine care, and ensure unit readiness.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Medical Sonography or Radiography from an accredited institution.
• 2 to 3 years of clinical hands-on sonography experience.
• Current practicing license and registration with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN) or relevant authority.
• Demonstrated track record of reliability, strong ethical standards, and patient-centered communication.
• Warm demeanor with high empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proximity to Akoka/Yaba is strongly preferred to ensure consistent, stress-free commuting.

Schedule & Logistics:

• Work Schedule: 2-person monthly rotation system (work coverage shared between two sonographers on a structured monthly schedule).

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Job Description

Job Title: Midwife

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and highly skilled Staff Midwife to join our clinical team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality maternal and neonatal care, supporting mothers through labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery, and upholding exceptional nursing protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered maternal and neonatal care in alignment with clinical standards.
• Assist in patient assessment, monitoring, treatment, and clinical coordination across antenatal, labor, delivery, and postnatal units.
• Administer medications and treatments strictly as prescribed, fully adhering to the Six Rights of Drug Administration.
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of patient findings, nursing charts, and clinical records using the Genesys electronic health record system.
• Monitor labor progress, maternal vitals, and fetal well-being, promptly escalating abnormal findings to the attending physician or registrar.
• Prepare labor wards, delivery suits, and recovery areas to ensure patient readiness for admission, procedure, and discharge.
• Assist in pre-operative and post-operative surgical management (e.g., C-sections), ensuring equipment and materials are ready and functional.
• Educate mothers on breastfeeding, neonatal care, post-discharge recovery, and follow-up schedules.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Fully certified Registered Midwife (RM) with current practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN). Dual RN/RM certification is welcome.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on clinical experience in a busy hospital setting with a strong focus on maternal and child health.
• Deep knowledge of emergency obstetric care, labor monitoring (partograph usage), and neonatal resuscitation.
• Excellent communication skills, warm bedside manner, and strong patient empathy.
• Proximity to Yaba/Akoka is preferred to ensure easy commuting for shift coverage.

Salary
