Job Title: Hotel Manager
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
- As the manager you would be responsible for Planning, organizing, and managing the daily operations of the apartment/staff to ensure efficiency.
- Manage the marketing of the apartment to grow reservations, ensuring the AirBnB platform has exceptional pictures and descriptions.
- Register the apartment on OTA’s and channel managers like booking.com, expedia and manage their operations etc
- Answer guest questions and provide exceptional services to guest during their stays. Request feedback from guest and maintain a professional gesture at all times.
- Responsible for doing room shows to guest and giving them a tour of the apartment.
- Responsible for directing guest and calling prospective guest that has made reservations. Handle the reservation calendar and follow up with guest for bookings.
- Call the maintenance team to handle any maintenance issue ranging from plumbing, electrical, engineering and mechanical.
- Call vendors as at when due to service the generator.
- Have an understanding on how to switch on the generator and also the water pumping machines.
- Maintain professional HR processes, staff filling, recruitment, staff disciplinary issues from time to time.
- Responsible for manual and e-filing of guest files as well as company files.
- Maintain a calendar of reservations to prevent double-bookings
- Ensure the apartment is clean at all times, well restocked as at when necessities and explain the house rules to new guests.
- Liaising closely with the sales and marketing team to make sure business is coming in at the right price.
- Attend all company trainings and work shop from time to time.
- Supervising staff members and communicating the importance of customer satisfaction.
- Checking the quantity and quality of supplies and equipment on a daily basis, such as guest amenities.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service according to company operating procedures.
- Attending to any complaints logged by guests in a professional and timely manner.
- Any other task as may be assigned by the management.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / Month

Job Title: Male & Female Hotel Receptionist
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
- Make and confirm reservations for guests
- Ensure proper room allocation
- Register and check guests in
- Close guest accounts and check guests out
- Confirm relevant guest information
- Verify guest’s payment method
- Issue room keys
- Maintain clear and accurate records of guest room bookings
- Compute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts
- Receive and transmit messages for guests
- Listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone
- Review accounts and charges with guests during the check-out process
- Process accurate payment of guest accounts

Main Function
- Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the entire apartment
Responsibilities
- Replace used amenities in guest rooms.
- Fold terry, make beds, and ensure bathrooms are clean.
- Remove trash, dirty linens and room service items.
- Provide clean linens and terry for dirty ones.
- Answer immediately to requests from guests, as well as from other departments.
- Load cart with supplies such as linens and move it to the required areas.
- Enter guest rooms by adhering to proper procedures and ensure they are vacant.
- Perform a check on all room appliances to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Adjust furniture, desk items, and appliances when necessary.
- Dust furnishings and walls and remove marks from them.
- Carry out floor care duties in the hallway and guest rooms, and vacuum carpets where necessary.
- Adhere to all safety, security and company procedures and policies.
- Provide an immediate report of any safety hazards, injuries, maintenance problems, or accidents to the house keeping supervisor.
- Keep uniform clean and make sure to appear professional always.
- Ensure company standards are followed in welcoming and acknowledging all guests.
- Expect the service needs of guests and provide them even before called upon to do so.
- Genuinely appreciate and thank guests for their visit.
- Apply professional language in communicating with guests and other people.
- Greet guests and take care of requests
- Communicate issues to next shift. Complete required paperwork.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of guest.
- Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related machinery over sloping and uneven surfaces.
- Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift.
