Job Title: Production Manager

Job Description
To liaise with the Head of Production on daily basis on the following:

• Management of Operations on the production plant.
• Ensures smooth production of given product with the given SOP for quality production.
• liaising with engineering department for any maintenance
• administration of the assisting staff for efficient output
• Responsible for total HSE of the plant.
• Documentation of production report in absence of production manager.
• To continuously improve the performance of the department by way of reduction of production expenses.
• Accountable for implementation and measuring techniques for utilizing available resources in the production
• Coordinate subordinates, thus, ensuring delivery of quality product on time.
• To ensure good housekeeping and cleanliness in the area of control all the time.
• To inform the management regarding training on the job know how and ensure that departmental operation goes on the line of SOP. Work instruction, check lists and job description.
• To strictly adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements.
• To adhere to all the safety and environment regulation.
• to enforce appropriate disciplinary action in the department, example: wearing uniform,
• Wearing of badges, using of proper tools, ensuring timing etc. and to ensure that all safety requirements are met.
• To inform the management on the needs for tools for working and to ensure proper controls and safekeeping of the tools.
• To assist in the recruitment of employees as per the approved manpower of the department.
• Communicate to the production manager any infrequent happening that cannot be handled as result of this position.

Job Title: Technical Procurement Officer (Chemicals)

Job Description

• Strengthen vendor data base for products put in charge by registering reliable, competitive, corporate sources mainly authorized
• Maintain price tracker for all purchases. (Items wise / category wise)
• Strengthen vendor data base for products put in charge by registering reliable, competitive, corporate sources mainly authorized
• distributor, dealers , manufacturer, importers, and avoid middle men’s business
• Purchase on credit and get extra credit terms from his vendors
• Ensure quotes and costing comparison sheet are obtained within 48 hours from receiving the request from the requester
• Generate LPO within 72 hours from the date of receiving the request from the requester after
• getting approval on the costing comparison sheet
• Deliveries all materials she supplies takes place with in maximum of one week for non-emergency orders and 2 days max for emergency orders
• Responsible to provide update to the requester frequently on his request
• provide weekly reports to his HOD such us , task tracker report , price trend report , other reports which will be asked from him
• Send inquiries to the vendor for quotation
• Comparing final quote and approval for LPO creation
• Raise LPO for delivery of goods and follow up on the vendor’s payment.
• Batch MRS for items needed in the office and follow up with vendors for goods to be delivered at the appropriate time
• Prepare documents for payment and new vendor card creation
• Procurement proposals to management and vendor sourcing and evaluation
• Meet up with additional responsibility that will be assigned to him by his HOD

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting & Economics and any other related field.
• 3 –  5 years’ Experience
• Numerical skills

Job Title: Procurement Officer (General Consumables)

Job Summary 

• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery time, and reliability
• Assist in maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices, terms, and conditions
• Help monitor inventory levels to ensure that the company has sufficient stock of general consumables
• Assist in developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the procurement process is integrated into the overall operations of the company
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support sourcing, supplier management, and cost-reduction initiatives
• Help manage the procurement budget to ensure that expenditures are within budgetary limits
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports as needed

• Provide weekly reports to HOD such us, task tracker report, price trend report, other reports as requested
• meet up with additional responsibilities that will be assigned by the HOD
• ensure that deliveries all materials supplied take place with in maximum of one week for non-emergency orders and 2 days max for emergency orders

Minimum Qualification

• B.Sc in Supply chain or any related field
• 1 – 2 years relevant Experience.
