Job Description
- To develop and implement strategies to optimize non-fuel revenue streams, focusing on diversification and profitability.
- This role requires a strong background in business development, financial analysis, and relationship management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure effective supervision of NFR business chain (e.g. Confectionery, Auto-workshop and real estate).
- Track and monitor upcoming retails outlets with NFR space for business opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the Group Head, Retail Sales around the strategic development of NFR businesses.
- Develop new NFR ideas and partnerships as well as improve and/or expand on existing business.
- Keep track of new developments in all NFR business chain in the local and global downstream industry.
- Ensure revenue and growth targets for NFR channels are achieved.
- Ensures effective liaison with NFR stakeholders for desired results.
- Identify and adopt new profitable partnerships for NFR.
- Ensures effective liaison with relevant internal and external retail/NFR stakeholders/customers for desired results..
Requirements
- Qualification: B.Sc/HND in Social Science or related courses.
- Any relevant professional certification is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of Three (3) Years Non-Fuel Revenue Executive preferably in similar organization.

- To manage the sales of lubricants to distributors & and industrial customers to grow the lubricants sales business profitability.
- To sell Rainoil’s Lubricant products from the various outlets and stations to customers and develop and implement initiatives for customer growth and increase in market share.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Carry out survey of competitors’ prices for Lubricants.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the features, benefits, and applications of Rainoil lubricants and educate clients about the technical aspects of Rainoil lubricants and deliver a profit story.
- Ensure market awareness, keep updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, and report same.
- Ensure that receipts are obtained for each customer’s payments.
- Ascertain daily pricing of the products from the Head, Lubricant Sales.
- Collect cash or electronic payments from customers to the tune of the exact quantity sold based on the prevailing price per quantity.
- Monitor stock levels and escalate to the Head, Lubricant Sales if there is need for replenishment.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports of the Lubricants for review by the Head.
- Participate in all business growth projects and initiatives to add to Rainoil’s customer base.
- Any other function assigned by Head, Lubricant Sales.
Person Specification
- A minimum of a B.Sc / HND in a Social science, Management, Accounting, Finance, or Engineering related discipline is required.
- Minimum of one(1) year relevant experience in the Retail Marketing/Sales unit of an organization preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sales and Marketing Skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- To manage the petty cash inflow and outflow of Rainoil’s stations and depots as well as maintaining accurate records/books on transactions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the availability of funds to meet day-to-day operational petty cash expenses and emergencies.
- Maintain records to allow easy disbursement, reconciliation, and replenishment.
- Process expense retirement ledgers to ensure proper accountability of all cash advances.
- Create and maintain records of cash requests and disbursements.
- Reconcile all received cash, which has been recorded in the petty cash book, with expenses.
- Process payment for accounts and issuing receipts.
- Keep records of amounts received and paid, and regularly check the cash balance against this record.
- Collect money from bank for safekeeping before reimbursements.
- File all documents concerning cash payment and collection.
- Respond to queries regarding approvals, payment limits and deadlines for retirements etc.
- Retire the various imprest accounts.
- Prepare daily and weekly collections and payment summary reports for review by the station supervisor.
