  • Previous experience in a similar position is required.

Remuneration
N50,000 – N70,000 monthly.

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Victoria Island,  Lagos

Description 

  • Manage and maintain financial records and accounting systems for the school.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor school budgets and ensure expenditures align with approved budgets.
  • Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Coordinate with school administrators and departments to gather financial data and support budgetary decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with school financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Manage payroll processes, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits for school staff.

  • Supervising all staff including event staff, and maintenance personal.
