Job Title: Customer Retention Specialist

Job Description
- We are looking for a dynamic retention specialist to help us retain our core customer base. In this role, you will deal directly with our customers to find out what issues they are facing, how we may improve our products or services, and how to retain their business.
- To be successful as a retention specialist, you should have a persuasive attitude, excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for sales. Ultimately, a top-class retention specialist should beable to improve sales by creating lasting bonds with customers.
Responsibilities
- Taking all possible measures to timely resolve customers ’ issues and processing them in accordance with our established procedures and policies.
- Responsible for responding toinbound and outbound calls, and technical queries related to VOIP, Internet, and Data services on different platforms such as LTE, WTTx and Fibre, Wifi by using standard procedures.
- Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to deal with incoming calls.
- Ensure full compliance with all related software applications and a strong handling power to assist customers.
- Logging all queries properly and escalating possible complaints to the concerned teams using effective tools.
- Regularly attending training and coaching sessions conducted. Learning about the organization’s products or services and keeping up-to-date with any changes to them.
- Suggesting alternatives and possibilities to resolve customers’ complaints on a priority basis.
- Giving feedback and reporting customer issues/problems to the Supervisor to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and to aware management of current trends and demands.
- Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
- Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business.
- Building positive relationships with customers and business associates.
- Assisting with processing online payments and ensuring customers get value.
Requirements
- Must have a 2.1 Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Entry level.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing softwaresuch as CRM, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
- Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material, and select style and size of type.
- Use computer software to generate new images and key information into computer equipment to create layouts for the Organization.
- Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork, using a computer.
- Confer with the Human Resources Managerto discuss and determine layout design.
- Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations and logos.
- Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with the Human Resources Manager and making necessary changes.
- Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products, or services.
- Key information into computer equipment to create layouts for supervisors.
- Mark up, paste and assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for printer.
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
- Confer with the Human Resources Managerto discuss and determine layout design.
- Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Internet websites.
- Develop negatives and prints to produce layout photographs, using negative and print developing equipment and tools.
- Photograph layouts, using a camera, to make layout prints for supervisors.
- Produce still and animated graphics for on-air and taped portions of television news broadcasts, using electronic video equipment.
Requirements
- Must have a 2.1 Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.

Knowledge and Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of the theory and techniques required to compose, produce, and perform visual arts.
- High sense of arrangement and balancing for aesthetic

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team

- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work with less or no supervision
- Working understanding of design software e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Coreldraw,3D Max,Powerpoint, Quarck Express (Minimum Qualification)
- Exemplary design and creative skills.
- Exemplary verbal and listening skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to think out of the box
- Hand drawing and hand-lettering skills are preferred.
- Print production experience will be an added advantage
- Web design experience preferred.
- Requires a general understanding of image rights and usage relative to print and online publication.
- Must know all about branding.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in creating professional presentations and reports using tools such as MS Office, Google Suite, or similar software.
- Strong research skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Exposure to marketing and industry-related concepts is advantageous.
- Must be a resident of Lagos, Nigeria.
- Available for immediate employment.
