Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of Proforce Port Harcourt branch, including operations, product sales, customer service, security and safety in accordance with the company’s objectives.
• Develops new sales strategy; provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of client’s relationships.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Manage the administrative and daily operations of the branch including delegating, recruitment & induction, training, assignments, evaluation of staff performances, disciplinary actions and setting departmental targets
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Follow up and liaise the Governor’s from the South East, International Oil Companies & Multinationals
• Follow up issues relating to the Army, Navy, Air-force, Police, Prison and other Government Agencies
• Oversees the Sales and repairs of armoured vehicles.
• Follow up businesses with respect to Proforce Auto Services – Maintenance, Repairs & Overhauling(MRO)
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Take enquiries from client.
• Any other function(s) that may be assigned by the HOO or GMD.

Qualifications / Experience

• First Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or any Social sciences.
• A Master’s degree or an MBA will be added advantage.
• Minimum of 5years post graduate cognate experience, 3 years out of which must be in a managerial position.

Technical:

• Proven working experience as Branch Manager, Operations Manageror relevant role
• Demonstrate understanding and application of complex sales techniques and track record creating, negotiating and closing multi-million large scale deals.

Job Summary

• The Technical Design Manager will oversee the full Design, Fabrication and Integration process for armored vehicles and Resource Management – (budgets, tools, processes, and project support): Implements resource management strategy.
• Manages engineering resources for multi discipline teams. He will evaluate mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by designing and conducting research programs; applying principles of mechanics, mechatronics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following;

• To oversee the full Design and creation of engineering fabrication drawings, Bill of Materials, installation drawings, third party manufacturing drawings, vehicle structural layout drawings, 3D models, to support development, execution, and completion of projects.
• Generation of cut patterns and CNC codes for sheet metal cutting process using CAM Works and FastCAM software respectively.
• To support the growth of the companies armoured vehicle portfolio, working with members of the Senior Management Team and contribute to the strategic direction of the business.
• To represent the company in technical presentations, bids and negotiations with clients and suppliers.
• Effective leadership and management of Design and Mechanical Engineers to achieve agreed engineering goals.
• To contribute solutions to engineering issues and problems requiring significant judgement and technical expertise, along with providing related guidance and direction to others.
• Prepares complex engineering calculations following standard methods and principles.
• Manages assigned budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Independently applies advanced engineering techniques and analyzes problems and methods, coordinating multiple discipline activity.
• Typically supports multiple projects on complex technical challenges.
• To provide technical advice and work with those involved in the preparation of bids.

Job Title: Mechatronics Engineer

Job Description

• Responsible for the design, engineering, and development of mechanical and electronic systems integrated into armoured vehicles.
• Ensure new or modified electrical designs can be manufactured and meet all NATO military specifications efficiently.
• In addition, the position will provide support to Product Development department in order to promote business development, capacity, and continuity with electrical aspects of our projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Designing auxiliary electronic and electrical circuits of the vehicle components and integrating it in OEM vehicle electrical system
• Creating detailed manufacturing drawings, principal and wiring diagrams, pneumatic diagrams and other for manufacturing products using Solid Works software
• Debugging mechanical, electrical and software designs. Knowledge of CAN bus, sensors and knowledge of vehicle software is essential
• Generating test reports and design verification analysis
• Specifying components that will be used in products
• Communicating information with vendors, customers, and coworkers
• Optimize resources and installations of electrical components into vehicles and making harnesses.
• Interact with and support associates within assigned production areas

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics preferably, however Electrical, or Electronics Engineers with similar experience are encouraged to apply.
• Three years engineering experience, preferably in automotive engineering, candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Title: Auto Spray Painter

Location: Ode Remo, Ogun

Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled spray painter to join our production team. As a spray painter, you will be responsible for filling, smoothing, and repairing each product’s surface, mixing the coating liquids, and spraying each layer according to specifications.
• You may also be required to paint decorative designs using stencils and coat hard-to-reach areas using a hand brush.

Job Description

• Meeting with clients and work managers to discuss design and color choices
• Set up the spray equipment
• Removing rust and other loose materials using acid or a wire brush.
• Filling, sanding, and smoothing surfaces that need to be sprayed.
• Applying masking tape and coverings over areas that are not being sprayed.
• Selecting and mixing the required coating liquids
• Mix paint by eye or using computer technology to ensure the best colour match.
• Selecting and attaching the correct spray nozzle to create the desired spray pattern.
• Spraying machines, products, and wall areas using industry techniques.
• Spraying designs using stencils, if required.
• Cleaning spray cans, nozzles, and other spraying equipment after each spray job.
• Inspecting and assessing spray coatings after the paint has dried.
• Carrying out a proper examination to see if certain parts of the vehicle need to be replaced, protected, or sanded to ensure that painting is properly done
• Ensuring that hand tools are properly maintained
• Properly maintaining paint booth by replacing filters and fan belts when necessary
• Administering the mix of colors and ensuring that they match with original color
