Job Details
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing company events, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Taking minutes during meetings and noting action points
- Assist in policy-making, implementation and enforcement
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and office organization.
- Support HR in various tasks related to personnel management.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide information about products or services.
- Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate client records.
- Collaborate with the client service team to address and resolve client issues or concerns.
- Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals for client meetings.
- Assist in conducting client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback.
- Work closely with the team to ensure exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.

Job Summary
- This is a full-time on-site role at Ikeja for a Treasury Specialist. The Treasury Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day cash management functions, daily short-term investment activities, ensuring cash forecasts are accurate to determine funding needs, and analyzing financial data to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of cash management activities.
Job Description
Banking:
- Letter of Credit documentation and management,
- Bank Reconciliation and Bank Charges Review.
- Daily Cash Flow Report
- Accounts Payable Management
- Cash Advances Management
- Petty Cash Management.
- Intercompany Reconciliation and management.
- Budgeting and Budgetary Control.
- Accruals, General ledger ownership, management, reconciliation and Control.
- Monthly/Quarterly and Year-End Closure.
- Ensure that the organization strictly follows Internal Control Compliance – Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and Delegation of Authority guides.
- Any other tasks assigned by the HOD.
Qualifications
- B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
- At least five years’ experience in treasury management or related field
- Treasury Management and Cash Management skills
- Analytical and Financial Skills
- Accounting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification; ICAN, ACA

Job Details
Creative Designing:
- Design product labels, flyers, brochures, logos, banners, web pages, calendars, and other marketing and promotional tools for the company
- Create these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs.
- Meet with the management, Marketing, and R&D Head to get design briefs.
- Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme of the design brief.
- Select font size and style to enhance the readability of text and images.
- Produce several drafts or design proposals for review and make revisions based on the feedback received.
- Coordinates with outside agencies, art services, and printers.
- Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect Evans’ specifications.
Marketing Communications:
- Create ad design marketing materials (e.g. flyers, social media creatives, POSM, design, etc)
- Work with our social media agencies to manage our page on social media and content creation.
- Track the effectiveness of our social media marketing campaigns and post.
- Track the adherence and task fulfillment of our brand ambassadors
- Conduct and track adherence and task fulfillment for all marketing agencies working with us.
- Constant review and KPI management for our brand ambassadors, marketing agencies
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
