Pack ‘N’ Pay is a product of CIC Integrated Services Limited. CIC was created as a wholesale store that supplies food to offshore catering companies to feed the offshore workers. Pack ’N’ Pay was created as a product that would leverage technology to solve the problems of retailers and wholesalers. Pack ‘N’ Pay officially started operations on January 18th 2021 and launched her ecommerce website on March 1st 2021.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) wholesale industry.
  • The ideal candidate will have 4 – 5 years of experience in sales management, with a strong background in wholesale distribution and a proven track record of driving sales growth and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the FMCG wholesale industry.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales managers and representatives to drive sales performance and exceed KPIs.
  • Establish sales objectives, goals, and targets in alignment with company objectives and market trends.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients, including retailers, distributors, and other partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to optimize sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to anticipate challenges and capitalize on emerging trends.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 4 – 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG wholesale industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans in a dynamic and competitive market.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Title: Account Supervisor

Location: Rivers

Job Description

  • As the Account Supervisoryou are responsible for overseeing the Account department’s daily operations.
  • You are responsible for financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance with all financial regulations and procedures.
  • Ensure a high service to clients and other stakeholders and take responsibility for and lead the company’s day-to-day financial and accounting requirements.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
  • Manage all accounting operations, including Account receivables and Payables, General Ledger, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Oversee the Preparation and publishing of timely financial statements and other regulatory Reporting.
  • Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
  • Coordinate month-end and close year-end Process.
  • Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
  • Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with accounting standards, rules and regulations, taxes, policies, and procedures.
  • Standardize and streamline accounting operations.
  • Implement proper internal controls, coordinate audit processes, and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
  • Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Prepare the statement of accounting policies for the audited financials in compliance with the IFRS.
  • Ensuring all reports adhere to Accounting standards, rules, regulations, local filing requirements, and Accounting best practices.
  • Development and implementation of a formal risk management framework.
  • Ensuring compliance with CIT, VAT, and other local taxes.
  • Evaluating systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Management and tracking of inventory.
  • Post all Payroll entries
  • Any other assigned responsibilities.

Requirement and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Finance, Economics, Accounting
  • 3 – 5 years of work experience
  • Membership in relevant professional bodies such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and ACCA is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and Odoo software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including good presentation and report writing skills.

  • Ensuring the accuracy of a variety of financial records.
  • Maintaining the financial records of the company through analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
  • Maintaining records of assets and liabilities.
  • Updating accounts payables and receivables
  • Assisting in balancing sheets and income statements.
  • Assisting with reviewing income and expenses.
  • Preparing regular reports.
  • Reconciling driver’s invoices, and payments.
  • Execute basic accounting activities and journal entries in the ledger on aday-to-day basis
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
