Job Title: Product Support Sales Representative

Locations: Abuja, Rivers & Lagos

Job Outline

• Responsible for the implementation of product support programmes and policies.
• Also to ensure the achievement of agreed sales targets and performance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Visiting customers in the Region (old and new), prospecting for parts, unit sales and service opportunities and as well seek for regular patronage.
• Sell and implement product support programmes such as CTS, REMAN, SOS, etc.
• Prepare relevant quotations and/or tenders (accurate and complete to requirement)
• Present to customers, arrange follow-up activities as desired, and ensure conversion to effective sales.
• Ensure prompt delivery of parts or services (including back ordered items) and corresponding invoices to engender customer satisfaction and early payment when due.
• Preparation and implementation of weekly call plan and corresponding summary report.
• Keep abreast of product/service information from Caterpillar and related suppliers and ensure adequate dissemination to concerned employees and customers.
• Promptly and effectively resolve customer complaints such as to retain their goodwill and confidence in the product, services and the dealership at large.
• Actively involved in the Region’s debt collection drive on an on-going basis.
• Establish and report competitive activities and sales opportunities (for parts, units & service.
• Implement relevant marketing and promotional programmes as they arise.

Person Specification

• HND / B.Sc. Engineering with 5 years working experience in Technical Sections of MNL or similar company.

Job Title: Machine Sales Executive

Locations: Abuja, Delta, Rivers & Lagos

Job Outline

• Responsible for achieving or exceeding agreed sales targets for the Company’s range of Caterpillar construction products within Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that full payments are received for all units sold while all necessary sales documents are adequately prepared.
• Arrange visits to existing and prospective customers to ensure maximum coverage of the territory.
• Aggressively promote the company’s products within the catchment area and win more prospects from there.
• Provide product-related technical assistance and advice to customers and prospects.

Job Title: Parts Counter Analyst

Locations: Abuja & Warri, Delta

Job Outline

• To maintain an up-to-date and efficient Parts Service system that will satisfy new and old customers.
• To ensure maximum sales of parts are made with little or no lost sales by providing possible alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Selling of parts by phone or face to face at the Parts Counter
• Accurately and promptly reference all parts enquiries
• Efficiently process all orders
• Receive, process, interpret and adequately vet all customers’ LPOs and other related enquiries for desirable selling actions
• Agree customer payment terms with reference to the line manager
• Agree and administer customer payment documents, liaises with NGCC for payment approval
• Order and process back-order items, stock transfers and documents in liaison with Parts

Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Oregun, Lagos

Summary of Responsibilities

• Responsible for the provision of a responsive and cost-efficient warehouse that is aligned with the current and long-term requirements of the Global Business strategy.

Main Functions

• Responsible for the Leadership and direction of the Warehouse team.
• Report and auction of defined KPIs.
• Ensure that the warehouse is capable of delivering the volume requirements of the business.

Job Title: Rental & Used Operation Supervisor – East

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Outline

• To supervise and control the rental operations (Power Systems equipment) on a day-to- day basis.
• Responsible for covering fleet management, repairs, overhauls, installations, breakdown, and spares management.
• Responsible for working to KPI and budget standards; participate in the annual preparation of operation objectives, manpower plan and operating budget.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dispatch schedules for Engineers/Technicians to Customers’ sites and review completed jobs.
• Provide tools, equipment, and information necessary to solve customer’s problems.
• Estimate the cost of repairing and prepare quotations for major repair jobs on site.
• Check Engineers’ timecards, service reports, and parts requisitions.
• Prepare quarterly reports on the Engineers’ performance and calculate their bonuses accordingly.
• Ensure safety PIPS are completed on time and proper documentation is provided to Service
• Manager justifying PIPS not being completed at the target date.
• Ensure accurate warranty documentation is prepared and provided within a week of work order completion to the Technical Office.
• Maintain technical competency requirements on all service branch positions, identify manpower required, and direct training activities to improve subordinate capabilities.

Person Specification

• University Degree in Mechanical/EIectricaI Engineering.
• Minimum experience of 8 years in heavy equipment maintenance out of which 2 years
• should be in a similar position. Construction industry experience highly preferred.
• High degree of inter-personal and supervisory skills. Good written and spoken
• English/some Computer background.
• Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license.
