Job Title: Graduate Trainee Engineer

Responsibilities:
– Designing and fabricating automation control panels, ensuring adherence to company technical standards.
– Conducting pre-site configurations, QC tests, and repairs of electronic circuit boards, among other tasks.
– Creating technical designs, wiring schematics, and templates for various industrial control panels and automation systems.
– Maintaining updated communication channels regarding ongoing task progress and emerging matters.
– Managing workload effectively to achieve positive outcomes within set timeframes.
– Conducting site surveys and providing comprehensive reports.
– Troubleshooting installed equipment and site installations to meet industry standards.
– Ensuring all designs and fabrications meet quality benchmarks.
– Monitoring installations and systems, tracking projects, and providing timely updates and reports.
– Collaborating with the OHS coordinator to investigate all reported incidents, including near-misses and accidents.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng, B.Tech) or HND in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
– Recent graduate with substantial technical internship experience.
– 0-2 years of working experience.
– Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Demonstrated teachability, trainability, goal orientation, intelligence, and self-motivation.
– Familiarity with industrial control/automation.
– Knowledge of electronic circuit design and component troubleshooting.
